Register via FoodTrader (foodtrader.vic.gov.au). Annual Food Act registration, valid calendar year, paid by 31 December. EHO inspection required for new mobile food businesses. SOT required via FoodTrader at least 1 business day before each event. Trading on Council land requires a separate local law permit. NOTE: Wodonga is on the NSW border — if trading across the Murray River in Albury (NSW), you also need a separate NSW food business registration with Albury City Council.
