Who we are

CouncilReady (councilready.com.au) is a free reference tool for Australian mobile food vendors. We publish council registration fees, lead times, and compliance requirements sourced from publicly available council documents.

What we collect

We do not collect, store, or process any personal information. CouncilReady is a fully static website — there are no user accounts, no forms, no email capture, and no databases. We do not use cookies or any client-side tracking.

Third-party links

CouncilReady does not currently carry any commercial or affiliate links, and does not receive a commission from any provider. If that changes, the arrangement will be disclosed on the page where the link appears, as well as here.

We also link directly to council websites and government resources. These are external sites with their own privacy policies.

Hosting and infrastructure

CouncilReady is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may collect standard server-side access logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) as part of normal infrastructure operation. We do not have access to individually identifiable log data. Cloudflare's privacy policy is available at cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the date above. This site does not yet have an email newsletter, so there is no subscription mechanism to notify you — check this page periodically if you wish.
