SOT required via FoodTrader at least 1 business day before trading in any council area. For public land trading (footpaths, parks, reserves), separate Council local law approval required. Sporting clubs and community groups: $183/yr. Covers Clayton, Glen Waverley, Mount Waverley, Oakleigh areas. FEE STRUCTURE (2026-27, confirmed from monash.vic.gov.au): $300 non-refundable lodgement fee on all applications. CLASS 2: Cafe/restaurant/deli/takeaway new reg $1,772, renewal $1,017. Home business high-risk new reg $948, renewal $624. Supermarket/manufacturer new reg $3,356, renewal $2,059. CLASS 3: Shops/pre-packaged new reg $1,132, renewal $702. Home business low-risk new reg $527, renewal $319. Wholesaler new reg $2,186, renewal $1,414. CLASS 3A: $1,132 new reg (accommodation/hot-fill); home-based hot-fill $527.
