All temporary and mobile food premises (including charities and not-for-profits) must register via FoodTrader. Annual registration valid calendar year, paid by 31 December. EHO inspection required for new mobile vehicles before registration granted. New premises application fee: $339.28 (includes floor plan review, site inspections, setup and admin). SOT required via FoodTrader at least 1 business day before each event. Trading on Council land (parks, footpaths, reserves) requires a separate Itinerant Traders Permit from Council's Local Laws Unit — contact 8470 8888.
