Register via FoodTrader (foodtrader.vic.gov.au). New registrations pro-rated per month after 1 July; next 12-month fee added to the pro-rata amount. Annual renewal valid calendar year, paid by 31 December. EHO inspection required before registration confirmed; Council contacts within 14 business days of application. SOT required via FoodTrader at least 1 business day before each event. Trading on Council-controlled land requires separate approval from local laws and events team.
