FEES (CONFIRMED, 2026-27, effective 1 July 2026): New mobile food application: $939 (includes assessment + site assessment). Annual renewal: $483. High risk Cat 2 (café/restaurant/takeaway): $585/yr renewal. Temporary single event: $61. Restoration (late renewal): $100. NFP/charity: fee concessions available — refer Appendix One of fees register. COUNCIL LAND: Separate Local Law approval required under SLL 1.2 (Commercial Use of Local Government Controlled Areas or Roads): new application $85, renewal $85, transfer $66. STATEWIDE LICENCE: Once licensed with Scenic Rim (vehicle garaged there), licence is valid across QLD. Area covers Beaudesert, Boonah, Tamborine Mountain, Canungra, Rathdowney.
