Flat rate — no risk-tier split. ANNUAL FOOD PREMISES ADMIN FEE (Food Act, all GST-free): Small home business: $131/yr. Small food business 1-5 food handlers: $390/yr. Medium 6-50 food handlers: $800/yr. Large 51+ food handlers: $3,500/yr.
