Annual permit fee: $1,460/yr (GST-free, market rate). This is the primary pathway for food trucks trading on public roads and Council land. TEMPORARY / EVENT APPROVAL (Mobile Food Vehicle Approval, Temporary Food Stall Approval or Blanket Approval for Commercial Events — shows, festivals, markets): $222/application (GST-free, partial cost recovery).
