FEE STRUCTURE (2026-27, confirmed from Randwick City Council Open Spaces & Beaches Fees & Charges 2026-27 PDF and council website): TWO-STEP ITINERANT PROCESS (submit IN PERSON at 30 Frances St, Randwick — cash/cheque/card; no online lodgement): (1) Application fee (includes van inspection): $372.15 (one-off, GST-free, AP3). (2) Annual Itinerant Approval / Licence fee (July to June): $1,122.60/yr (GST-free, AP3). Total first-year cost: ~$1,494.75. Renewals: $1,122.60/yr only. Approval is a Notice of Determination, valid to 30 June annually. ITINERANT TRADING CONDITIONS: 7am–10pm (7am–7pm residential zones). Eligible roads and Council car parks only. Excluded: state roads, beaches, national parks, Council parks/reserves (unless Council approval or event), within 200m of established food businesses, within 200m of an occupied fixed site. Max 3 MFVVs per Council car park. Max vehicle length 11m. PLI $20M. FIXED SITE MODEL (monthly rotational, requires current itinerant approval): Sites: Clovelly Carpark, Yarra Bay Carpark, Malabar Beach Fishermans Road Boat Ramp Carpark. Fees: $1,344/month off-peak Apr–Nov (incl. GST); $1,792/month peak Dec–Mar (incl. GST). EOI submitted online by end of week 1 of the preceding month. Selection on rotation based on food quality, variety, compliance, sustainability, branding. No additional furniture or signage outside vehicle. ALSO REQUIRED: Current Temporary Food Premises (TFP) registration (separate to the Local Approval). TEMPORARY FOOD STALL FEES (Item 14, Health Building & Regulatory Services PDF — for event operators not using itinerant pathway): Single event med/high-risk: $95. Multi-event annual med/high-risk: $171.50. Single event low-risk: $52. Multi-event annual low-risk: $88.50. Online registration only (no inspection): $32. Inspection: $91.50/half-hour/officer.
