What you need to know

Annual approval fee: $654 (high risk / food trucks) or $437 (low risk — heating milk only, e.g. coffee vans). 3-year option available ($1,569 or $1,046). Urgency processing available: $306 for 2-day turnaround, $141 for 3-10 day turnaround. SOT lead time: annual S68 application must be submitted at least 10 working days before intended commencement — confirmed from Council application form 2025/2026 (Form ID 2045). The 14-day lead time shown above is a conservative calendar-day equivalent (10 business days ≈ 14 calendar days). Max 1 hour per location unless at an approved event. No trading on reserves without separate written approval. Renews end of financial year (30 June). Beach and park trading requires additional Council approval.

Public Liability Insurance
