IMPORTANT: Registration fee increased 250% in 2026-27 — from $30 to $105/yr. If you registered previously, expect a significantly higher renewal invoice. FEE STRUCTURE (2026-27, confirmed from Hawkesbury City Council Operational Plan 2026/27, p.73): Registration of Mobile & Temporary Food Businesses (TFP): $105/year (ref RS.17.2 — applies to annual registration of a Mobile Food Vendor or Temporary Food Business attending temporary events in Hawkesbury LGA). Fee was $30 in 2025-26 — significant increase. Mobile Food Van inspection fee: $230 per inspection in the financial year (ref RS.16.7). Temporary Food Premises inspection fee: $145 per event inspection (ref RS.16.9). Reinspection fee: $240 (ref RS.16.6). IMPORTANT: Food Premises Administration Fee (RS.15) explicitly does NOT apply to Mobile Food Vendors — no admin fee on top of registration. Annual registration, 12 months from issue. Allow 5 business days processing. Registration form available at hawkesbury.nsw.gov.au (search "food"). Home-council vehicles: EHO will inspect vehicle/premises. Vehicles from outside Hawkesbury LGA: must provide evidence of home council registration. FSS Certificate required for all businesses selling unpackaged ready-to-eat food (excluding coffee). Always carry: registration details, FSS cert, Food Handler Basics training record, previous inspection reports. Covers Richmond, Windsor, Pitt Town, Wilberforce areas.
