FEE STRUCTURE (2026-27, confirmed from Dubbo Regional Council Fees & Charges 2026-27 PDF): ITINERANT VENDORS APPROVAL (Section 68 LGA — primary MFV public land pathway, all GST-free): Initial application fee: $229 (note: approval renewal also paid with initial application). Site Approval/Approval Renewal: $287/month or $684/year. STREET TRADING APPROVAL (Roads Act — alternative for roadside trading): Application: $470 (GST-free). Rent: $100/week (incl. GST). FOOD PREMISES INSPECTION FEES (all GST-free): Annual admin + inspection fee (medium and high risk): $80/yr admin. Inspection (med/high, up to 1 hour): $189. Inspection (med/high, over 1 hour): $300. Low risk/home-based: $80/yr. NFP/school canteen: $77/inspection. Temp food stalls admin: $77. Reinspection: $269. Improvement Notice (Food Act): $565. CRITICAL RESTRICTIONS (confirmed from Council website): Mobile food vendors CANNOT trade on public roads. Must stay at least 100 metres from a similar business. Max 20 minutes at any one location. Must operate from organised events or designated areas only. Itinerant Trader Fee: 200% surcharge on venue hire for traders not based in Dubbo LGA (does not apply to event/market/community participants). Covers Dubbo, Narromine, Wellington areas.
