All fees GST-free. Notification of new food business: $72.50. Improvement Notice (incl. 1st re-inspection, Part 3 Food Reg 2025): $565. Reinspection under prohibition order: $346/hr (min 30 min, max 2 hrs). INSPECTIONS: Confirmed bundled into annual admin fee — no separate per-visit inspection charge. Private land vendors added to Council's routine inspection program (min once/year, included in admin fee). Public land / home jurisdiction vendors: EHO arranges inspection as part of approval process (no separate fee). Confirmed from Council website July 2026. TRADING RESTRICTIONS: 200m buffer from any business selling same or similar products. Prohibited roads list applies (PDF on Council site). Private land: max 1 vehicle, no tree canopy interference, residential zone hours 7am–7pm, adjacent residential 7am–10pm. Charitable and community organisations exempt from annual admin fee.
