P2 Medium Risk: $440/yr. P3 Low Risk: $180/yr. P4/community/charity/B&B serving pre-packaged food: exempt. Most food trucks cooking on-site = P1 ($450). Coffee/packaged-only vans = P3 ($180). MOBILE FOOD VENDING PROGRAM (Place Management section, separate from food premises admin): Application fee for owners' consent for MFV on Council land: $440/site (incl. GST) — payable only by successful vendors selected via competitive EOI process. Minimum licence fee: $25/day/site (GST-free); exception Wentworth Falls Lake: $38/day/site (GST-free). Electricity usage fee: as agreed between vendor and Council (incl. GST, where outlet provided by Council). Water/waste services: at cost (GST-free). MFV inspection: $238/vehicle/inspection (GST-free). FIXED PREMISES INSPECTIONS (GST-free): P3/P4 and B&B: $130/inspection. P2: $230/inspection (multi-area: $230/officer/hr). P1: $290/inspection (multi-area/bar: $230/officer/hr). Reinspection P1/P2: $173. Reinspection P3/P4: $130. TEMPORARY FOOD PREMISES (charged to event organiser, GST-free): Standard inspection: $58/inspection. Extended inspection: $130/inspection. FOOTPATH DINING (Roads Act 1993 s.125, not applicable to MFVs): Application: $120. Annual use fee: $510/yr. NOTICES (GST-free): Improvement Notice (Food Act): $565. Regulated System Improvement Notice/Prohibition Order: $665. Other Improvement Notice/Prohibition Order: $309. Reinspection under Prohibition Order: $255/hr (min 30 min, max 2 hrs). Other inspections: $230/officer/hr. Reinspection fee: $173. NATIONAL PARK NOTE: Trading within or adjacent to Blue Mountains National Park areas requires SEPARATE approval from NSW National Parks and Wildlife Service (npws.nsw.gov.au).
