Urgency fee (application received and requested to be completed within 10 days of event): $94. FOOD PREMISES ANNUAL ADMINISTRATION FEE (GST-free, all categories): ≤5 FTE employees (requires at least 1 inspection annually per Food Regulation Partnership): $285/yr. 6-50 FTE: $610/yr. >50 FTE: $1,000/yr. COMMUNITY LAND APPROVALS (GST-free): Engage in a temporary/mobile food business on community land (D1) per stall application: $47. Engage in trade or business on community land (non-food, D1): $237/application. INSPECTION FEES (GST-free): First 30 min: $174. Each remaining 15 min or part thereof: $59. IMPROVEMENT NOTICE (Food Act): $565 (set by statute). COUNCIL EVENTS — FOOD/BEVERAGE VENDOR SITE FEES (incl. GST): Community event up to 6m: $178/day. Community event 6-10m: $237/day. Community event over 10m: $356/day. Major event up to 6m: $356/day. Major event 6-10m: $474/day. Major event over 10m: $712/day. 40% discount for schools/universities; 50% discount for community organisations. FOOTPATH RESTAURANTS (Roads Act s.125, GST-free): Initial application: $298. Renewal: $163. Per square metre per annum (Bathurst): $139. DEDICATED MFV REGISTRATION FORM: apply via bathurst.nsw.gov.au/Services/Council-Forms/Mobile-Food-Vendor-Registration. All food businesses must complete registration and pass EHO inspection before trading. Annual registration, financial year basis. Section 68 approval required for public land trading. BATHURST 1000 NOTE: Supercheap Auto Bathurst 1000 (October) and other Mount Panorama events generate enormous temporary food vendor demand — apply early, additional approvals may apply.
